Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The service is provided by I/E Guga Nadirashvili, identification number 01001071983, address: 1 G. Nizharadze, Tbilisi, Georgia ("Weddsite", "we"). Contact email: info@weddsite.ge.

2. What we offer

Weddsite designs and hosts digital invitations and event websites for weddings, birthdays, baptisms, graduations and corporate events. Depending on the tier, the service may include:

• adapting a ready-made design to your event, or creating a custom design;
• an RSVP system and a guest panel;
• a table planner and a page where guests find their table;
• a personal link (e.g. weddsite.ge/name-name) and, for an extra fee, your own domain;
• a photo gallery, maps, background music, a multi-language version and other features listed in the catalogue or agreed with you.

Which features are included depends on the tier you choose. The exact scope and price are confirmed in writing (WhatsApp, Instagram or email) before you order.

3. Ordering and contract

Orders are placed by messaging us. The contract is concluded once we have agreed the design, features, price and timeline in writing and you have paid the deposit (see section 5).

By ordering you confirm that you are of legal age and entitled to enter into this contract.

4. Your content

To build the website we receive names, dates, locations, a schedule, texts, photos and video from you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of this material. In particular, you confirm that:

• you have the right to use the photos, video and texts you send us;
• the people shown in the photos agree to appear on the invitation;
• the material does not infringe third-party rights and contains nothing unlawful or offensive.

We may refuse to publish material that does not meet these requirements.

5. Price and payment

Prices are in Georgian lari (₾). The final price is agreed in writing before the order. Payment is by bank transfer:

• 50% of the price on order, before work starts;
• the remaining 50% once you have seen and approved the finished website, before the link is shared with guests.

Until the full price is paid we may keep the website unpublished or take it offline temporarily. Add-ons (own domain, multi-language version and the like) are priced separately and agreed in advance.

6. Timeline and revisions

A website based on a ready-made design is normally delivered within 2-3 working days of receiving all your material; a custom design has its own agreed timeline. The clock starts when we have everything we need from you.

Before delivery we show you the website and adjust it based on your feedback. A reasonable number of revisions is included (texts, dates, swapping photos, small visual changes). A completely new design or features beyond what was agreed are quoted separately.

7. Availability of the website

The website and its link stay live until your event date and for at least 3 months after it. After that period the website may be taken offline and its data deleted (see the Privacy Policy). If you want it to stay live longer, tell us before the period ends.

We aim for uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Short interruptions may occur due to maintenance or providers outside our control (hosting, domain, connectivity).

8. Intellectual property

Design templates, code, animations and the Weddsite brand remain our property. You receive a non-exclusive right to use the website we build for the purpose of your event. Copying, reselling or reusing a template for another event without our consent is not permitted.

Photos, video and texts you send us remain yours. You grant us the right to use them only to build and run your website.

We may feature your website in our portfolio (on our site or social media) only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

9. Guest data

Through the RSVP form and the guest panel you collect personal data about your guests (name, attendance, party size and so on). For that data you are the controller and we store and process it on your instructions. You undertake to use guest data only to organise your event. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

We are responsible for building and delivering the website as agreed. We are not liable for:

• errors in material you provided (such as a wrong date or name) that you did not correct before approval;
• whether a guest opens the link or answers the RSVP;
• outages of third-party services (hosting, maps, messengers, domain registrar);
• indirect losses, including costs caused by postponing or cancelling the event.

In any case our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. This limitation does not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

11. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules are set out in a separate document, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The new version is published on this page with its date. An order already placed is governed by the terms in force at the time of the order.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, including the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights. We will first try to resolve any disagreement by negotiation; failing that, disputes are heard by the courts of Georgia in accordance with the law.
