Refund and Cancellation Policy

Updated: 17 September 2026

A digital invitation is made individually, for your event alone. Whether a refund is possible therefore depends on how far the work has progressed when you cancel. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. How payment works

You pay 50% of the price on order, before work starts, and the remaining 50% after you have seen and approved the finished website, before the link is shared with guests. Payment is by bank transfer.

2. Cancelling before work starts

If you cancel before we have started working on your website, we refund the deposit in full within 5 working days to the bank account it came from.

Work counts as started once we have received your material and begin adapting the design. We tell you in writing when that happens.

3. Cancelling while work is in progress

If you cancel after work has started but before the website is delivered, the 50% deposit is kept as payment for the work done and is not refunded. The remaining 50% is not due.

4. Delivered website

Once you have seen and approved the finished website, the service is complete and payments are not refundable. This also applies if the event is later postponed or cancelled. Changing the date or other details on a delivered website is of course possible, just message us.

5. If we fail to deliver

If, for reasons on our side, we do not deliver the website by the agreed date, or the delivered website materially differs from what was agreed and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund everything you paid.

6. The 14-day right of withdrawal

Under the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights, distance contracts carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the invitation is made to your specifications and is usually delivered faster than that, by ordering and sending your material you agree that we start work before the 14-day period ends. The right of withdrawal then applies as described above: a full refund before work starts, and no right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, as the law provides.

7. Add-ons and domains

A domain registration fee becomes non-refundable as soon as it is paid to the registrar. Cancelling other add-ons (multi-language version, photo upload and so on) follows the same rules as the main order.

8. How to request a refund

Write to us on the same channel you ordered through, or to info@weddsite.ge, with your order details. We refund within 5 working days of confirming the request. Bank fees, where they apply, may be deducted from the amount.
